Booking Deposit:Â Â A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining 50% balance auto-charged 60 days prior to arrival.
Currency:Â Unitied States Dollar (USD). Guest's bank may charge international tranaction fees if booking from abroad.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to your stay (minus the $28.75 Management Fee & the credit card processing fees). Within 60 days, the total reservation amount is nonrefundable. The host recommends purchasing independent travel insurance via a trusted third-party platform to protect against unforseen emergencies.
