Photographs are provided to represent the property and its general appearance. Minor differences in furnishings, décor, landscaping, equipment, or other features may occur.

2. Property and Amenity Disclaimer
Amenities, appliances, equipment, internet service, utilities, and other property features are provided for guest use but may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, repair, weather, utility interruptions, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues; however, the temporary unavailability of an amenity does not automatically entitle a guest to a refund or other compensation unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the applicable rental agreement.
3. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Island Soul Life Beach House is located in a coastal area and may be affected by hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, severe weather, evacuation orders, utility interruptions, road closures, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Our cancellation and refund obligations are governed by the cancellation policy stated below and the applicable rental agreement. Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance that may provide coverage for circumstances not covered by our cancellation policy.
If a mandatory evacuation order, property damage, government action, or other circumstance makes the property legally or physically unavailable for the reserved stay, we will communicate with the guest regarding the available options in accordance with applicable law and the rental agreement.
4. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received and a reservation confirmation has been issued.
By submitting a reservation, the guest confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to comply with the property’s rental terms, house rules, occupancy requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
The person making the reservation must be authorized to enter into the rental agreement and is responsible for ensuring that all members of the traveling party comply with the applicable terms.
5. Cancellation Policy
Unless a different cancellation policy is specifically stated on the applicable reservation or rental agreement, the following policy applies:
Cancellation More Than 60 Days Before Check-In
Guests may cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and receive a refund of amounts paid toward the reservation, less any non-refundable fees ($28.75 Management Fee & credit card processing fees) or charges expressly identified at the time of booking.
Cancellation 60 Days or Less Before Check-In
For cancellations made 60 days or less before the scheduled check-in date, payments are generally non-refundable.
Guests may be eligible for a refund or credit when required by applicable law or when otherwise expressly approved by Island Soul Life Beach House.
Early Departure
No refunds will be provided for unused nights resulting from a guest’s late arrival, early departure, change in plans, or failure to use the property for the entire reserved period, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to in writing.
No-Show
Failure to arrive for a reservation without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund except as otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable rental agreement.
6. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that provides coverage appropriate for their circumstances, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, illness, travel delays, severe weather, evacuation, and other events that may prevent or interrupt travel.
Travel insurance is the guest’s responsibility. Island Soul Life Beach House does not guarantee that any particular insurance policy will provide coverage for a guest’s circumstances.
7. Changes to Reservations
Reservation changes, including changes to dates, occupancy, or other material reservation details, are subject to availability and approval. Changes may result in a different rental rate, fees, taxes, or cancellation terms.
A reservation change is not effective until confirmed in writing.
8. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for providing accurate reservation information and for complying with all applicable rental terms, house rules, occupancy limits, and laws.
Guests may be responsible for damage to the property or its contents caused by themselves or members of their traveling party, except for ordinary wear and tear.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Island Soul Life Beach House and its owners, managers, and authorized representatives are not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, delays, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control or from the guest’s misuse of the property.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
10. Governing Terms
Your reservation is also subject to the rental agreement, house rules, and other terms presented during the booking process. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the applicable signed rental agreement or reservation confirmation will control to the extent permitted by law.
